For more information about booking a private event on the campground, please contact Keelah Wagoner at Keelah_Wagoner@usc.salvationarmy.org .
The camp brief outlines the essential information for each Salvation Army camp held at Gene Eppley Camp during the summer. Whether you are looking for information on camp schedules or how to fold the American flag, you will find it in the brief!
To register for a camp at the Salvation Army Gene Eppley camp, each child must submit an individual camper registration form. There are several pages included in this packet: camper information form, Summer Food Service Program form, medical form, ropes course permission form, and photo release form. All pages must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian in order for the camper to be accepted for camp. Please contact Kim at Kim_Herivel-Walter@usc.salvationarmy.org for more information or assistance with registration.
The camp schedule outlines the dates for each camp held at Gene Eppley Camp during the summer. Unless otherwise noted, camper check-in for each camp will be held in the chapel at Gene Eppley Camp from 2 - 4 pm on the first day of each camp. Check-out will begin promptly at 10 am in the chapel on the last day of camp. Click on the camp schedule and discover what opportunities await your child at Gene Eppley Camp!
Being a camp staff member at Gene Eppley Camp is an experience you will never forget! Whether you are a counselor, dining hall staff member or lifeguard, the work of camp is centered around Christ and His work in the lives of young people, and you! It is our desire to:
1. Know Him and be like Him - "To be conformed to the likeness of his Son" (Romans 8:29)
2. Love campers with His love - "May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you." (I Thessalonians 3:12)
3. Help every camper and staff member to be complete in Jesus Christ - "And we proclaim Him admonishing...teaching every man with all wisdom...that we may present man complete in Christ." (Colossians 1:28)
