Transitional Housing

Renaissance Housing offers short-term (six-month) housing for homeless men or women, couples, or families. Participants are provided with one of 33 furnished apartments, as well as employment assistance, work/life classes, intensive case management, mental health counseling, substance abuse assessments, and support. The goal is for 80 percent of residents to transition to subsidized or permanent housing at discharge.
