Programs That Help

HOME Program

This is a permanent supportive housing program serving persons that are homeless and have a documented disability; program participants live in an apartment in the community and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income toward rent. The HOME program pays the balance of the rent and may assist in paying monthly utility fees. Case management, information and referrals to community resources, individualized service planning, crisis support and intervention, budgeting and money management, credit and debt counseling, and 24-hour staff accessibility is also provided.
